MarkT's Story Archive
|Type of site||Story Archive|
This was originally the official story archive of the Breast Expansion Archive. Originally just known as the BEA Story Archive, it did not have MarkT's name attached to it until some point after other story archives began to appear at the BEA.
In addition to the story archive, the site also organized the BEAmer awards and the first BE Story Contest.
Unfortunately, many of the pages (including some stories) have been affected by the BEA's buggy censorship script, in that any page which got a word censored on it was also converted entirely to lower-case text.
The archive has not updated since 2002. During the few years it was active it showcased a huge number of stories, and the basic format for the archive was adopted for its replacement, The Overflowing Bra.
Perhaps one of the main reasons for the Archive's dying while TOB continues to thrive is the amount of work required by the respective admins. Each story submitted to MarkT's archive was proofread and corrected, then reformatted in a standard HTML format from whatever format the author used, then posted with a MarkT-generated description and categorization. Stories submitted to TOB, on the other hand, are less of a burden on MrHHH because the story content and formatting is left to the control of the author.
